2 btr telur<br />
3 sdm cokelat bubuk larutkan dengan 50 ml air panas<br />
200 gr tepung terigu<br />
1/2 sdt soda kue<br />
1/2 sdt baking powder<br />
Adonan Cokelat Putih:<br />
125 gr krim keju<br />
1 btr telur<br />
1/2 sdt vanila<br />
100 gr cokelat putih, tim hingga leleh<br />
Olesan cokelat:<br />
125 gr cokelat masak, tim hingga leleh<br />
75 ml krim asam<br />
75 gr gula halus</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">Kocok mentega dan gula hingga gula larut, masukkan telur satu persatu, kocok hingga rata. Masukkan cokelat bubuk yang sudah dilarutkan, aduk rata, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk hingga rata.<br />
Siapkan loyang bundar lubang tengah diameter 20 cm. Olesi margarin, taburi tepung terigu, tuang 2/3 bagian adonan cokelat, ratakan.<br />
Adonan cokelat putih: kocok krim keju hingga lembut, masukkan telur, kocok rata, kemudian tuang cokelat putih leleh, aduk rata.<br />
Tuang sisa adonan cokelat, ratakan. Panggang dalam oven panas dengan suhu 180 derajat celsius selama 40 menit. Angkat, dinginkan.<br />
Olesan cokelat: aduk cokelat leleh dengan krim asam dan gula bubuk hingga licin.<br />
Siram olesan cokelat ke atas permukaan cake hingga rata<br />
Hias atas cake dengan cokelat putih leleh yang dimasukkan dalam kantong segitiga. Tambahkan hiasan dari cokelat.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">Campur tepung terigu, ragi instan, gula, hingga rata. Masukkan mentega remas-remas dengan ujung jari hingga berbutir kecil-kecil.<br />
Masukkan telur, uleni sambil tuang susu hangat sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan kalis, bulatkan.<br />
Tutup adonan dengan plastik, biarkan selama 1 jam di tempat hangat hingga mengembang kempiskan adonan.<br />
Kempiskan setiap bulatan, bagi menjadi 4 bagian, bulatkan kembali. Kemudian bagi adonan menjadi 20 bulatan, tutup dengan serbet lembab, diamkan selama 15 menit hingga mengembang lagi.<br />
Celupkan masing-masing bulatan dalam mentega cair, gulingkan dalam keju parmesan.<br />
Taruh bulatan-bulatan adonan dalam loyang bundar berlubang tengah berdiameter 8 cm, diamkan di tempat hangat selama 1 jam hingga mengembang. Panggang dalam oven hingga matang dan kecokelatan.</span></p>

<p><font face="Arial" size="2">Panaskan mentega hingga meleleh, masukkan gula palem, dan air jeruk manis, masak hingga mendidih.<br />Masukkan pisang, balik-balik hingga pisang matang, angkat.<br />Ambil sepotong cake marmer, beri pisang karamel, dan es krim di atasnya. Sajikan segera.</font></p>

<p><font face="Arial" size="2">Kocok simas margarin dapur sampai lembut, sisihkan. <br />Kocok telur, gula, dan SP sampai mengembang. Masukkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, tepung maizena, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. <br />Tuangkan campuran tepung ke dalam margarin, dikocok sedikit-sedikit. Tambahkan cokelat pasta, aduk rata. <br />Tuangkan ke cetakan ukuran 22 cm yang diolesi margarin dan dialasi kertas. Oven 45 menit dan suhu 180 derajat celsius. <br />Isi, kocok margarin dan mentega putih sampai lembut. Masukkan susu kental manis sambil terus dikocok. Masukkan selai marmelade, aduk rata. <br />Belah kue menjadi dua tumpuk. Olesi dengan isi. Tumpuk lagi. Tutup dengan cokelat leleh. <br />Hias dengan buah-buahan.  </font></p>

Panggang sampai matang dengan suhu 160 derajat C selama lebih kurang 45 menit.</font></p>

<br /><font face="Arial" size="2">Aduk semua bahan kering hingga tercampur rata, masukkan telur, susu evaporated, dan air. Uleni hingga adonan menggumpal, lalu masukkan garam dan mentega. Uleni terus hingga adonan kalis. Bulatkan adonan lalu diamkan selama 30 menit hingga adonan mengembang 2 kali lebih besar.<br />Tinju adonan, lalu campur dengan ceri merah, ceri hijau, kismis, dan sultana, uleni lagi hingga tercampur rata. Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian, tiap bagian bentuk bulat panjang, kemudian buat kepang, temukan kedua ujungnya hingga berbentuk lingkaran. Taruh di loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega putih, diamkan lagi selama 30 menit.<br />Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180 derajat C, panggang roti sampai matang selama 30 menit.<br />Setelah roti dingin, hias dengan glasur.</font></p>

<br /><font face="Arial" size="2">Kocok mentega dan gula palem sampai halus dan lembut, masukkan telur satu per satu sambil terus dikocok sampai mengembang.<br />Campur dan ayak tepung terigu, susu bubuk, maizena, jahe bubuk, dan bumbu spekuk lalu masukkan ke dalam adonan telur, aduk rata.<br />Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang tulban diameter 22 cm yang sudah diolesi margarin dan ditaburi tepung, panggang dengan suhu 180 derajat C selama 45 menit sampai matang.<br />Setelah dingin beri hiasan dengan taburan gula bubuk.</font></p>

<br /><font face="Arial" size="2">Panaskan oven 180 derajat Celsius. <br />Panaskan margarin dan susu (tidak sampai mendidih). Tambahkan keju, aduk sampai keju larut. <br />Tuang ke dalam campuran tepung dan tepung maizena yang sudah di ayak sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata. <br />Tambahkan kuning telur. Aduk rata. <br />Kocok putih telur, cream of tartar, dan garam sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang. <br />Tuang sedikit-sedikit kocokan putih telur ke dalam adonan tepung sambil diaduk rata sampai adonan agak mencair. <br />Tuang campuran tadi ke dalam sisa putih telur sambil diaduk perlahan. <br />Tuang ke loyang 24x24x4 cm yang di alas kertas, tetapi tidak dioles. Tabur keju parmesan, bubuk jeruk, dan kulit jeruk. Oven 30 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat Celsius. </font></p>

<br /><font face="Arial" size="2">Rendam ceri dan kismis di dalam rhum selama 30 menit. <br />Kocok margarin, gula, dan madu sampai lembut. Tambahkan telur satu per satu sambil dikocok rata. <br />Masukkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena, cokelat bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. <br />Tambahkan campuran buah dan cokelat pasta. Aduk rata. Tuangkan ke loyang tulban besar. Oven sampai matang. <br />Glasur, kocok putih telur setengah mengembang. Masukkan tepung gula, kocok mengembang. Masukkan air jeruk lemon, kocok rata. <br />Siram ke atas kue. Diamkan sampai beku lalu sajikan.  </font></p>
