250 gr daging cincang<br />
1 sdm margarin<br />
50 gr bawang bombai, cincang halus<br />
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus<br />
1/4 sdt lada bubuk<br />
1/4 sdt pala bubuk<br />
1/2 sdt garam<br />
1 btr telur, kocok lepas</p>
<ul>
<li>Potong bagian atas tomat, sisihkan untuk penutup. Korek bagian dalam tomat, tiriskan lalu saring bagian isinya.</li>
<li>Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan daging cincang, aduk sampai daging berubah warna lalu bubuhkan lada, pala, garam, dan isi tomat. Masak sampai matang.</li>
<li>Masukan telur kocok, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan adonan ke dalam mangkuk tomat, letakkan di dalam pinggan tahan panas yang sudah diolesi margarin. Panggang dalam oven sampai matang selama 15 menit.</li>

<li>Panaskan minyak, celupkan ke dalam telur kocok, goreng hingga kecokelatan, angkat, tiriskan.</li>

<li>Masukkan daging ayam dan wortel, aduk sampai ayam lunak. Masukkan keju parut, kuning telur, lada dan garam, aduk rata, angkat.</li>
<li>Biarkan hingga sedikit dingin, masukkan putih telur kocok, aduk rata, tuang adonan dalam pinggan tahan panas yang sudah dioles mentega.</li>
<li>Panggang hingga matang dan kecokelatan.</li>

<br /><font face="Arial" size="2">Panaskan 1 sdm minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan daun bawang sampai harum, masukkan daging ayam, aduk hingga daging berubah warna.<br />Masukkan udang cincang, aduk sampai udang berubah warna, masak sampai bahan matang, angkat.<br />Taruh adonan dalam wadah, masukkan telur, bumbu ngohyong, kecap asin, minyak wijen, kecap manis, dan garam, aduk rata, sisihkan.<br />Ambil selembar kulit ngohyong, letakkan 1 sdm adonan isi, gulung sedikit, tekuk kedua sisi kulit, gulung sambil dipadatkan. Rekatkan dengan larutan tepung terigu.<br />Goreng ngohyong sampai kuning kecokelatan. Angkat dan tiriskan. Sajikan dengan saus sambal atau acar lobak.</font></p>
