<li>2 siung bawang putih, memarkan</li>
<li>1 cm jahe, memarkan</li>
<li>1 batang serai, ambil bagian yg putih, memarkan</li>
<li>1 cm lengkuas, memarkan</li>
<li>2 buah cabai merah, buang biji, iris serong tipis</li>
<li>2 batang daun bawang, iris serong tipis</li>
<li>3 bungkus tahu telur (egg tofu), iris melintang 2 cm, goreng setengah matang</li>
</ul>
<p>Bumbu, aduk rata :</p>
<ul>
<li>2 sdm saus ikan</li>
<li>2 sdm kecap asin</li>
<li>2 sdm saus cabai botolan, siap pakai</li>
<li>1 sdm gula pasir</li>
<li>1 sdt terasi goreng, haluskan</li>
<li>2 sdm air jeruk nipis</li>
<li>1 sdt garam</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara memasak :</p>
<p>- Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, jahe, serai dan lengkuas hingga harum</p>
<p>- masukkan tahu telur goreng, aduk pelan agar tidak hancur</p>
<p>- tunagi bumbu, aduk rata</p>
<p>- tambahkan cabai merah dan daun bawang</p>
<p>- aduk sekali lagi hingga semua bahan matang</p>
<p>Catatan : Egg tofu (tahu telur), dijual di swalayan biasa di rak pendingin, berbentuk tabung, warna putih dan lembut.</p>

<p>Bumbu I :</p>

<li>3 sdm ebi, rendam air panas, tiriskan</li>
<li>150 gr kelapa setengah tua, kupas kulit arinya, parut memanjang</li>
<li>3 buah cabai merah, iris tipis</li>
</ul>
<p>Bumbu II :</p>
<ul>
<li>3 sdm air jeruk nipis</li>
<li>1 sdt garam</li>
<li>2 sdm gula pasir</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara Memasak :</p>
<p>- didihkan air secukupnya, rebus kacang panjang dan daun pakis secara terpisah hingga berubah warna dan matang</p>
<p>- angkat dan tiriskan</p>
<p>- Bumbu I: sangrai semua bumbu hingga harum, angkat</p>
<p>- Taruh daun pakis dan kacang panjang dalam mangkuk ceper, bawang merah dan serai.</p>
<p>- Aduk bersama bumbu I dan tuangi Bumbu II</p>

<li>200 gr udang segar kupas</li>
<li>200 gr cumi-cumi kupas</li>
<li>200 gr filet ikan kakap</li>
</ul>
<p>Bumbu, aduk rata :</p>

<li>1 sdm minyak wijen</li>
<li>1 sdm cuka apel (bisa diganti dengan cuka beras)</li>
<li>2 sdm kecap asin</li>
<li>1 sdm gula pasir</li>
<li>1 sdt garam</li>
<li>1/2 sdt merica hitam bubuk</li>
<li>2 sdm air</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara memasak :</p>
<p>- Panaskan minyak, goreng terong hingga berubah warna. Angkat dan tiriskan</p>
<p>- panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu, bawang putih dan jahe hingga layu dan harum.</p>
<p>- Masukkan seafood cincang dan jamur shitake, aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna</p>

Minyak untuk menggoreng<br />
Saus :<br />
2 siung bawang putih, memarkan<br />
1 cm jahe, memarkan<br />
1 sdm kecap manis<br />
3 sdm saus tiram<br />
2 sdm saus tomat<br />
1/2 sdt garam<br />
1/2 sdt merica bubuk<br />
500 ml air larutkan<br />
1 sdm tepung maizena<br />
1 sdm minyak wijen<br />
Minyak goreng, untuk menumis<br />
Taburan :<br />
Daun ketumbar</p>
<ul>
<li>Lumuri egg toffu dengan tepung maizena, goreng hingga berwarna kuning kecokelatan, angkat, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan stuffed fish roll, bakso cumi, udang dan jamur hioko, aduk rata sampai berubah warna.</li>
<li>Tambahkan minyak wijen, kecap manis, saus tiram, saus tomat, garam dan merica bubuk, aduk rata, masak hingga matang.</li>
<li>Tuangkan larutan air maizena, aduk rata sampai mendidih dan mengental.</li>
<li>Masukkan potongan egg toffu, masak 5 menit, angkat.</li>
<li>Penyajian : siapkan mangkuk saji, susun stuffed fish roll, bakso cumi, udang, egg toffu, jamur hioko dan daun bawang. Tuangkan kuahnya, taburkan daun ketumbar. Sajikan segera.</li>
